R.E. "Rick" Owens

Dandridge - R.E. (Rick) Owens, age 74 of Dandridge, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021. He was retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad and a Navy Veteran. Rick was always full of life. He loved playing tricks and jokes on people. He loved his family, friends and his dogs.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Mitchell, stepfather, Cecil Ogle, grandparents, Ben F. Mitchell and Mary Norton Mitchell, and daughter, Tammi Owens.

Rick is survived by his wife, Maggie Fisher Owens, daughter, Patti Morgan, granddaughter, Emma Hope Morgan, grandson, Donnie Glenn, stepdaughter, Michelle Vaughn Smith and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.

A Celebration of his Life will be held at a later date.
