Robert David Grizzle

GRIZZLE, ROBERT DAVID - age 54 of Lenoir City, passed away suddenly Thursday, February 23, 2012. He was an amazing father who was so proud of his only son, Austin. David was a 1978 graduate of Lenoir City High School and a long time employee of Waldrop Transmission Service. He enjoyed racing, camping and playing poker. David was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Martha Grizzle and brother, Wallace Grizzle. He is survived by his son, David Austin Grizzle; sister and brother-in-law, Audrey and Jeff Asare of Knoxville; brother, Gene and wife Nita Grizzle; nieces, Dianne Craig, Holly Grizzle and Rebekah Wallace, with whom he made his home; nephews, James, Adam, Aaron and Avery Grizzle; great nephew, Colton Hackworth; aunts, cousins and extended family; Waldrop Garage family; special friend, Hazel Gibson. The family will receive friends 4:00 to 5:45 p.m. Sunday, February 26, 2012 with a Celebration of Life to follow at 6:00 p.m. in the Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel with Rev.
