William Loveday Obituary
Knoxville - William "Bill" Loveday, age 90 of Knoxville, was called to his Heavenly Home on Thursday, May 27, 2021. He was a member of Smithwood Baptist Church and a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Dimple Loveday; son and daughter-in-law, Hollis and Betsy Loveday; grandchildren, Hannah Hankins and Kara Warren; great grandchildren, Wade Hankins, Hudson Hankins, Rhett Hankins and Owen Hankins; sisters, Nell Mayfield and Betty Doggett; brother, Hugh Loveday; and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, May 30, 2021 at Smithwood Baptist Church followed by a funeral service at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Jeff Lane officiating. Family and friends will meet 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Greenwood Cemetery for a 12:00 noon graveside service and interment.
