Darold Kistler Obituary
KENDALLVILLE - Darold E. Kistler, 83, of Kendallville, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2018, at Majestic Care in New Haven.
He was born Dec. 28, 1934, in Avilla to Emery and Lillie (Mathews) Kistler.
On May 11, 1962, in Albion he married Betty Tomson. She preceded him in death on Oct. 26, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters and there are no immediate survivors.
Funeral services will be Friday, Oct. 12, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 S. State St., Kendallville, with Pastor Mike Albaugh of Destiny Family of Faith in Kendallville. Burial will be in Sweet Cemetery.
Honor guard services will be provided by the Veterans Honor Guard and active-duty members of the U.S. Army.
Calling is Friday, Oct. 12, 2018, from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home.
