MEAD, Wash. - The Vanderbosch family regrets to share that our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, Judy (Judith) Anne Vanderbosch, of Mead, Washington, passed away on April 22, 2025, at the age of 85.
Judy was born on Nov. 24, 1939. She grew up in Indiana, where she met and married Leonard Vanderbosch. Their family began to grow, and military service took them to Washington State. There they raised their five children.
Judy dedicated her life to others. She loved her family with all she had, and she always found ways to show it. Her door was always open to anyone who needed it. Whether it was a place to stay, or food to eat, she always knew what you needed without saying a word. She was her family's greatest cheerleader and a safe place. She always found the perfect card/gift and she loved to love others. Her laugh was contagious. She spent her life blessing others in big and little ways and will be missed by so many of those lives she touched.
Judy is survived by her husband Leonard (married 64 years!); children, Marci, Monica, Mike and Len; grandchildren, Brandy, Eric, Jessica, Van, Jake, Issac and Tabitha; and great-grandchildren, Izzy, Audrey, Harper, Brady, Layne, Johnny, Brylee and Bowen.
She was preceded in death by her son, Mark; and parents, Barron and Vivian Helbert.
At Judy's request, no service is being held.
We can celebrate her life by loving others as she did.
