BUTLER - Linda Ralstin (née Freidenberger), age 65, of Butler, Indiana, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025, at The Laurels in Butler, Indiana.
She was born in Auburn, Indiana, on Jan. 12, 1960, daughter of the late Herbert Freidenberger Jr., and Beatrice Freidenberger (née Armstrong).
She was a devout Christian and loved to serve in her church, most recently at South Haven Christian Church in South Haven, Indiana. Linda would play piano for service and served various ministries, which included the church's bookkeeping, taking food to those in need, and helping to clean the church after services and events. Those who knew her always noted that they could call at any time and she would be there to help.
She was a graduate of Eastside High School (Class of 1978) and then went on to receive her associate's degree from Ivy Tech Community College in accounting.
With degree in hand, Linda worked as a bookkeeper for several businesses, most recently Lake Station Pet Clinic in Lake Station, Indiana.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Jenna Ralstin; and her grandchildren, Caelyn, Neala and Margo; her sister and husband, Nancy and Bill Huguenard; her niece and husband, Cindy Kern and Jamey McMillen; and her grand-niece, Al Kern McMillen.
A celebration of Linda's life is pending and will be communicated with all who knew her.
