Robert Shuty Obituary

KENDALLVILLE — Robert Michael Shuty, 65, of Kendallville died on Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015 at home.
Mr. Shuty was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on Aug. 10, 1950 to the late Michael Robert Shuty and Katherine Marie (Sabolic) Shuty. He honorably served in the United States Navy.
He married Diane Jean Blech on Nov. 23, 1974 at the Zion Lutheran Church near Corunna.
Survivors include his wife, Diane Shuty of Kendallville; three sons, Jeff and Cheryl Shuty of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Robert, Shuty Jr. and Janet Shuty of Butler, Pennsylvania, and Adam Shuty of Canton, Ohio; two daughters, Susan Shuty of McKeesport, Pennsylvania, and Barbara and James Miller of Kendallville; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a grandson.
Services will be today at 7 p.m. at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville with pastor Robert Shriner officiating. Calling will be from 4-7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
