Sharron Carroll Obituary
LAKE OF THE WOODS, HUDSON - Sharron L. Carroll, age 89, of Lake of the Woods, Hudson, passed away Thursday, Nov. 27, 2025, with her loving family by her side.
Sharron was born Sept. 16, 1936 in Angola, to Lynn and Evelyn (Fisher) Andrews.
She married James E. Carroll on June 23, 1956, in Garrett, and he passed on Oct. 8, 2022.
Sharron was an optician with 20/20 Eye Physicians of Indiana, retiring in 1996.
Sharron was a member of the Helmer Community Church and was an honorary member of Psi Iota Xi Sorority.
Sharron is survived by her daughter, Jamie (Andy) Bowman of Hudson; son, Michael Carroll, Indianapolis; brother, Lynn Andrews, Colville, Washington; granddaughter, Heather Leon, Garrett; grandson, Kyle Leon, Garrett; granddaughter, Heidi (Adrian) Morgan, Fort Wayne; great-granddaughters, Leondra (Lathan) McKing of Garrett, Sunnie Leon of Muncie, and Amaya Morgan of Fort Wayne; great-grandsons, Damian McKing of Garrett, A.J. Morgan of Fort Wayne, and Kal Leon of Garrett.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Carroll; parents, Lynn and Evelyn Andrews; and brother, Steven Andrews.
No calling. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
Memorials are to the Helmer Community Church.
Thomas Funeral Home, Garrett, is in charge of arrangements.
