Harold Roach Obituary

Harold Wayne Roach 1950 – 2025 Maysville, Missouri – Harold Wayne Roach, 75, of Maysville, Missouri, passed away on September 23, 2025. He was born on March 11, 1950, in Amity, Missouri, to Joseph Byron and Ethel B. (Clymer) Roach. Harold was a lifelong resident of DeKalb County and a proud graduate of Maysville High School. A devoted farmer and truck driver, he found joy in raising cattle and living the simple, fulfilling life the country offered. Beyond the farm, Harold had a passion for restoring cars, which he loved to showcase at car shows and racing on and off the track. Known for his generosity and kind spirit, Harold was the type of man who would help out a neighbor or a stranger before his own needs. Though he enjoyed farming and cars, his greatest joy was found in time spent with his children and grandchildren, who were the heart of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Delores Hardin; and brother, Paul Roach. Harold is lovingly remembered by his children, Byron (Nikki) Roach and Nicki (Jody) Carlson; ten grandchildren, Aubrey, Riley (Sawyer), Joseph (Koryn), Kennedy, Rachel, Jacqueline (Derek), Caleb, Cy, Caedmon, and Cru; as well as three great-grandchildren, Leilynn, Callen, and Emersyn. A private Celebration of Life is scheduled. Memorial contributions may be made to the Maysville Alumni Scholarship.
