Daniel Pfeiffer Obituary

Daniel P. Pfeiffer passed away peacefully on Friday, September 26, 2025, at the age of 48.

Dan was preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen Pfeiffer of La Crosse, WI. He is survived by his siblings, John Pfeiffer of Madison, WI, and Megan Pfeiffer Hansen (Eric) of Minnetonka, MN, as well as his cherished nephews and niece, Charlie, Gavin, and Hailey Hansen. He is also survived by his Aunt and Uncle Don and Sue Melster, his cousins Janel London (Brian), Travis Melster (Jennifer), Nate Melster (Elisa).

Born on July 27, 1977, Dan graduated from Logan High School, where he excelled in wood shop and 3D art. His love for working with his hands led him to the Wisconsin Conservation Corps, where he built bridges and shelters that continue to serve others today. Throughout his life, he embraced adventure and hard work, holding jobs as a fisherman in Alaska, a lumberjack, and a construction worker before ultimately becoming a master carpenter. Truly a jack of all trades, Dan could fix anything, and he took pride in making the world around him more beautiful and functional. Dan's family and friends will carry his memory with deep love and gratitude, forever inspired by the way he lived-with generosity, craftsmanship, and heart.
