I had the absolute pleasure of taking care of Edith when I worked as a Resident Care Associate at Bethany On Cass St Assisted Living from 2021-2023. I loved hearing all about Edith's stories about her home back in Germany and she showed me many pictures in her photo albums of herself, her family and her friends. She even told me that when she worked at Gundersen Health System she was the one who took the picture of the Lilly Pad Flower (In Germany) that hangs up in the halla of Gundersen Health System. Edith and I became good friends/acquaintances over the years when I worked at BOC. Edith had so much spunk, had a good sense of humor and had a zest for life. Edith was so kind hearted. I am beyond blessed to have met someone like Edith, because I got to learn so much about Germany and got to know so much about her life. Edith told me at one time that she also gave scholarships (UWL and Gundersen). Edith also told me her time at Gundersen when she worked as a Lab Technician and she loved her job. I will forever be grateful to have met an amazing woman like Edith Nutter. Condolences to the Family and Friends of Ms. Edie'.

Mrs. Nutter -- What an interesting and courageous life she lived. I knew her as an instructor in my Chem-102 lab in the summer of 1967. She recognized me as one who was having some difficulty, and paired me up with another student with similar problems. She got both of us through the class with B grades. I've always been thankful for her help. May she rest in peace.
