Jose Luis Estrada Toscano
LA CROSSE - Jose Luis Estrada Toscano, 59, of La Crosse, WI, passed away at his home on Wednesday evening, October 25, 2023. He was born December 13, 1963, in Jovellanos, Cuba. He came to La Crosse as part of the group of refugees in the Mariel Boatlift of 1980. At only 16, he was one of the youngest Cubans to come to the area during that time. Please join his family and friends on Sunday, November 19th from 12 Noon until 2:00 p.m. to honor his memory at Tequila's Bar and Grill; 515 West Ave. N., La Crosse, WI 54601.
