TOMAH - LaMont P. Prell, age 79, of Tomah, Wisconsin, passed away Saturday, October 18, 2025. He was born March 15, 1946, to Lawrence and Georgia (Schoot) Prell.
LaMont was a 1964 graduate of Tomah High School where he played football and baseball. He was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point in 1968.
LaMont is survived by his children, Rebecca Hopkins, Bradley and Matthew Prell, his siblings, Ellis (Vicki) Prell, George Prell and Jan Heins, a brother-in-law, Robert Tucker, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Georgia, a sister, Marilyn Tucker, a sister-in-law, Carol Prell and a brother-in-law, William Heins.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at the Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah. Burial will follow in the Oakdale Cemetery, Oakdale, Wisconsin. Family and friends are invited for visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at the funeral home.
