I mentioned last year what a great teacher he was. I remember making a magazine rack. And I loved the look of cherry wood. The only thing is, it was/is very hard to sand out all the little blemishes because it is such a hard wood. I was sanding away, first with the belt sander and then doing hand sanding. I thought I finally got it right and Mr. Mosher came by and said "you're getting there". So I kept sanding.

I'm just now seeing/reading his obituary. Mr. Mosher was my 8th grade Industrial Arts teacher at Viroqua. His class room and shop were in the far west old brick building on the campus of the old high and elementary schools. He was a great teacher. Darell Larson

What can be said about this amazing and remarkable man? Larry was truly a hero to me and many others during our younger days. Days when a young man is trying to find their own identity. Larry was there for so many of us during that time. Larry was just the perfect guidance counselor in school. He was so compassionate and understanding. I always felt better after a talk with Larry. I know that I speak for so many people when I say he was loved by all who knew him. Larry also played a large role in my Christian values as a teacher in Sunday school. I want to a special thanks to Greta and Monte Nestigen for bringing Larry to church on Sundays. The love you showed for your father did not go unnoticed. Sending healing prayers and comforting hugs. He will be missed!
