Paul was our neighbor at our first house. While he was “just” a neighbor, he was a great one! He’d let our 2 year old son help him with little chores in his yard and didn’t mind when our son would use his yard to go the the bathroom when he was potty training! He’d just laugh and say “oh he’s just a kid.” We’d always get a good laugh when he’d “accidentally” throw his sticks and brush in our yard, with him knowing we’d haul it away for him. After we moved I’d drive by there and liked stopping to say hi when he was outside. My thoughts are with all his family.

Paul was a friend and a coworker. We both enjoyed bluegrass, HeeHaw, and our work. I'll miss Paul's ability to turn a negative into a positive. I'll cherish the memories and converstions we had. Best wishes to his family.

I had the opportunity to be one of Paul's students. He was an amazing teacher and inspired me to grow and excel with in the tool and die industry. He could change the atmosphere of a dull classroom as soon as you walked in to the room, with just a great tune or a good YouTube video. He would always be willing to spend extra time to help in anyway he could. I will always remember sitting with him, having a cold one and talking baseball when I was feeling overwhelmed in taking on a new career and raising my family. I am so glad to have had the privilege to call him my teacher, mentor and friend. Rest in peace Paul.

Paul was a frequent customer at my family´s restaurant, Kaddy´s Kafe!! He would always chat and joke with me and my sister! He and I shared a passion for the jumble, crosswords, and sudoku puzzles and he always carried his mechanical pencil in his short pocket. He would always say `what a gal´ when I would fill up his coffee! I will miss his visits and conversation deeply!

Paul was a classmate at Winona State where we had many classes together. Paul always had great one-liners. Paul was a few years older then the traditional class mates at WSU so he got the nickname "The Legend".
The legend was always helping the younger classmates with his knowledge and experience in Machine Tool and Welding that he had gained earlier in his career. Rest in Peace my friend.

Paul was a great co-worker. Always enjoyed his quick sense of humor, his kindness and his ability to teach, not only his students, but also the people he worked with. He was truly one of the best. My sympathy to his family. Rest in peace, Paul.

I really enjoyed getting to know Paul while he was a mentor for robotics. His dry sense of humor and interest in sudoku puzzles made for lots of fun during the downtime of my sons’ robotics competitions. He will be missed.
