Theresa Anna Van Lin
Theresa Anna Van Lin, 64, of La Crosse passed away Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2020, at Mayo Clinic Health System, due to complications of COVID-19.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, at Roncalli Newman Center, 1732 State St., La Crosse. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass Saturday at the church. Face coverings and social distancing will be observed. The Mass will be live streamed on the Roncalli Newman Catholic Parish YouTube Channel. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested and will be used for Theresa's grandchildren's savings fund. I am so sorry for your loss. It has been many years since I have hung out with you and your mother. I have many fond memories of those days. I have remembered Theresa fondly and have always considered her a dear friend. Unfortunately, I have not done well to keep in touch in recent years.

I would like to express my deepest and sincere condolences to Tasha and Nik. Your mother was a very important part of my life when we were younger, I can honestly say I loved her very much . We used to spend a lot of time together at the skate a Rena . I moved away in the 70´s and lost touch . I wish we could´ve reconnected again ... she was at one time a great friend.

I was sad to hear of Theresa's passing. I enjoyed many a softball game in the stands with Theresa and good times on the dance floor. Albeit many years ago, I can still hear her laughter and see her big smile. She also took care of my mom at Bethany St. Joe's. Her presence brightened the room - making it clear she was passionate about making a difference for others. Sending thoughts and prayers to Tasha and family. Theresa was a bright spot in the world and will be missed.
