Paul Porto Obituary
In Memorium
Passed away November 13, 2015 in Granada Hills, California.
Paul was born to Frances Buscemi and Paul Porto October 10, 1933. He married Teresa Porto February 26, 1955 and had three children: Richard, 1955 (Steve Williams); Paul, 1961 (Jacinta), and Lori, 1966 (Joe Orr). He is survived by his three children, seven grandchildren (Paul, Vincent (Maria), Dominic, Nicolo, Connor, Cristina and Brendon). He spent a lifetime loving his family and his Dodgers.
A Memorial Mass will be held January 8, 2016, 10:30 a.m., at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Northridge, California. There will be reception, following the Memorial Mass, in Stroup Hall. Paul and Teresa will be inurned at the Arlington National Cemetery. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Paul's honor to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America. My Uncle Paul is a person who I enjoyed visiting and talking with. He had a great love of life and provided timely effective advice. And I loved his stories of his work life and dealing with the people in Texas and Calif.

I send my condolences to the Porto family on the passing of my Uncle Paul. I love and miss Uncle Paul. He was a great father, husband, uncle and was a strong influence on my life. He was always there to talk with and open his home as a place to share his love and friendship. I will miss him. He did pass on to me a lot of advice and experiences that continue to help be a good husband, father, friend and serviceman. Love Stanley Zatarain
