Aunt Beckie, David and Sherri and family, I guess I am one of the most lucky of the nephews and neices as I was just out there to see Uncle Roy before he went to meet Jesus. I know how much pain he was in as I saw it and today I am thankful he is in a place where there is no more pain or suffering. I know there has been a lot of stress on you guys for being in the hospital and such, I pray you are doing well from all that. Our hearts and prayers are with you. Uncle Roy was a pillar of our family, in my perception and that void will not be able to be filled again. His kindness and leadership will be missed tremendously. I pray the generations to come, will remember him the way I do. Thanks for your love and caring for him!

Sincerly,

Douglas Dillon - Son of Wayne Dillon (Brother to Roy),

Son of Arlington Dillon,

Son of Seborn Dillon,

Son of Eri Dillon,

Son of John Dillon

Son of Benjamin Dillon (Revolutionary War Veteran)

If you are interested in more of our family tree let me know. I am also archiving Uncle Roy's Obituatary, and other information, along with some pictures once I get my new computer delivered.

God bless and hope our family continues to prosper.

Aunt Beckie,

I know your heart is aching,

Mine is too.

I know how much you love him,

I do too.

I know you miss him very much,

I do too.

Our time with Uncle Roy was way too short.

But as long as he is in our hearts, he is never gone from us.

We love you.

Aunt Becky, there are no words that can express how much I will miss Uncle Roy or how deeply my heart hurts for you, Sherry and David. Just try to remember that God has a special place for Uncle Roy and he's no longer in pain. He was the best husband, father, and uncle any family could ever pray for, so God will reward him there. I pray for you and your loved ones to find peace and comfort in God's love for you too. I love you.
