Walter Wilburn Obituary

Walter "Buster" Wilburn, age 62, of White Oak, passed away Friday, Feb. 23 in Nashville. He was born Feb. 21, 1956 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Buster was preceded in death by parents, Matt and Verna King; Leona Huddleston and uncle and aunt, Johnny and Pauline Reed.
He is survived by "the greatest people in my life:" daughter, Caitlin and Eric Wilson of Jacksboro; granddaughters, Emberson and Little Ruth Wilson of Jacksboro; sister, Linda Jones of Duff; brothers, Tim and Carrie Huddleston of Duff and Kenny Huddleston of LaFollette; girlfriend of forty years, Pam Wilson; nieces, Melinda and Ronnie Poore of Duff, Tammy and Robbie Weaver of LaFollette, Gabrielle Heatwole, Tiffany Huddleston, Autumn Huddleston, Ashley Gibson, Kenisha Huddleston, Makayla Shelton, Jailey Phillips, Laura Lay, Megan Dixon, Nevaeh Gibson and Mekenlee Gibson; nephews, Larry Jones, Brady Huddleston, Dalton Huddleston, Isiah Huddleston, Cooper Phillips, Brody Huddleston, Jaxton Stooksbury, Aiden Gibson and Korbin Shelton. A host of family and friends who feel like family.
Services were held Tuesday, Feb. 27 in the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wade Walls and Brother Tommy Cox officiating. Interment was in the King Family Cemetery (White Oak Road).
Harp Funeral Home, of Jellico, was in charge of arrangements.
