Mr. Morris Wayne Adams, age 70, of LaGrange, died on May 4, 2015 at Hospice LaGrange.
Services for Mr. Adams will be held on Thursday evening, May 7, 2015 at 7:00 pm at the Higgins LaGrange Chapel with Rev. Brad Thompson officiating. Family will receive friends on Thursday beginning at 5:00 pm until service hour and at other times at the home of Jeff and Angel Adams, 1117 Lower Big Springs Road, LaGrange. Mr. Adams was born on January 15, 1945 in Douglas, Georgia to the late Aaron Adams and Minnie Viola Barnes Adams. He was the owner of Precision Fabrication. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Elmer Adams, Curtis Adams, Vernie Adams, Billy Adams, Teen Corbitt and Tonnie Yeomans, all of Douglas, Georgia. Survivors include his wife, Melba Adams; son, Jeff and Angel Adams; daughter, Aaron and Kenny Tidwell; sister, Venita A. Landers; grandchildren, Brandon and Lindsey Adams, Dariene Adams, Ali Tidwell, Anslee Tidwell and Aubrey Tidwell; step-grandchildren, Freddie Lee and Kristen Scott, Chelsea Scott; great grandchild, Oliver Adams; other relatives and friends.
Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the Hospice LaGrange, 1510 Vernon Road, LaGrange, 30240. Higgins LaGrange Chapel Funeral Home, 706-884-7117.
