You've been gone now for several years and the pain of loosing you still hurts. You took a ten year old wild kid in 1957 and groomed him in to the man he is today. You were always there for me and now there's a large void in my life and heart. I will always love you and still in the year 2022, I miss you more than ever. John you were the best thing that ever happened to me. Miss you Love you and always will till we see each other again.

You truly were a gift, in my life and the lives of all those you touched. Our lives are fuller because of it. Your values will stay with me forever and I'm honored and blessed that you're my uncle!

To The family of Big John -
I remember when he blessed us with his presence at The Pavilion of Waukegan - Lots of people have come and gone after him, but I will always remember "Big John". He left a mark on everyone's heart that met him. Heidi Haven, Dietary Manager at The Pavilion of Waukegan
