Pablito Abasolo Obituary
He was born in Poblacion Norte, Caba, La Union in 1951. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Virginia F. Abasolo. They were married at St. Lucy Parish Church in Aringay, La Union on October 23, 1980.
Pablito graduated from North Provincial High School in Bacnotan, La Union, Philippines and Adamson University in Manila, Philippines, earning his degree in Mechanical Engineering. He belonged to Beta Rho Omega Fraternity.
He worked for, Republic of the Philippines, National Grains Authority, 10 years;
Rainbow Enterprises, 3 Years; and retired from Medline Industries after 20+ years.
He was a parishioner of Little Flower Parish, St. Dismas Church in Waukegan, IL, where he served as a Eucharistic Minister.
Pablito enjoyed fishing and pigeon racing. He belonged to Filipino American Pigeon Fancier Alliance and American Racing Pigeon Union Inc.
In addition to his wife Virginia, he is survived by children, Ephraim Abasolo, Khristian Abasolo, Michael J. Abasolo (Julie Ann), Kathleen J. Abasolo (Nick Robinson), and Cherry Lou Abasolo; grandchildren, Mia & Cole Jayden and Ashley, Avherdee, & Khyle Angelique; Sister, Ester Drew (Alan Drew).
He is preceded in death by his parents, Celedonio and Felicidad Abasolo; and siblings, Leonida Abasolo, Betty Tomlin, and Rosie Delena.

Wake will be from 5PM – 8PM on Thursday, March 18 at Gurnee Salata Funeral Home. Please e-mail [email protected] if you would like to attend the wake.
Funeral Mass will begins at 10AM on Friday, March 19 at St. Dismas Church, 2600 Sunset Ave, Waukegan, IL.
