Survivors include his wife of 51 years: Carolyn Logue Lang; one son: Wesley Lang, Lake City, FL; three daughters: Lynn LeGault, Gainesville, FL, Willette Sistrunk (Curtis), Lake City, FL, Kim Lang, Lake City, FL; three brothers: Bill Lang, Harry Lang and David Lang, all of Lake City, FL; two sisters: Martha Payne, North Carolina and Faye Taylor, Lake City, FL; eight grandchildren: D. J., Heather, T. J., Chip, Megan, Nikki, Corey and Amanda; seven great grandchildren: Bailee, Elijah, Tiler, Gavin, Tanner, Emily and Caleb.
Funeral services for Mr. Lang will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2010, at 11:00 A.M. at Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Ogburn officiating. Interment will follow at Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery, Lake City, FL. Visitation with the family will be from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. on Friday, June 18, 2010 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Haven Hospice, Suwannee Valley Care Center, 6037 US Hwy 90 West, Lake City, FL 32055. GATEWAY-FOREST LAWN FUNERAL HOME, 3596 S. Lynn, DJ, Heather, Carolyn, David, and other family members that I did not have the pleasure of knowing, please know that I am thinking of you in my heart.
