LARRY UDENBERG

LARRY UDENBERG Larry R. Udenberg, 84 of Two Harbors, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at St. Luke's Hospital. Larry was born March 7, 1939, to Arthur and Anna (Dahl) Udenberg in Two Harbors, where he was a life-long resident. After finishing high school, Larry was employed by the D M & I R Railroad, Reserve Mining Co, and Abex Corp, and lastly Lake Superior School District as a custodian for many years. Through the years he also enjoyed farming and logging in addition to his other jobs. His hobbies included horses, gardening, landscaping, and restoring tractors. A hard worker, Larry was always looking for a way to make things better. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Betty, sons Mitch and Lyle, and a brother, Don Udenberg. He is survived by his wife, Corie; daughters, Kathy (Todd) Ronning and Jennifer (Chris) Camelon; grandchildren, Joel, Matt, Jeff, Keith, Dustin, and Rebecca; great-grandchildren, Cheyenne, Aliya, Oliver, Aydin and Indigo; step-children, Kristi (Travis) Lounsberry, Tina (Danny) Gamble, and Chad (Carissa) Maki and their families; a brother, Dave (Mary) Udenberg; and sisters, Jo Anne Turnquist and Janet Mickelson; and several nieces and nephews.
