Norma Headrick Memoriam

Norma Lee (Erhart) Headrick, age 80, of Walland, passed away at her home on September 9, 2025. Norma was born November 1, 1944 in Flint, Michigan, the fifth daughter and sixth-born of the nine children of Mr. and Mrs. Donald and Pearl (Towns) Erhart. She graduated from Kearsley High School in 1962. She first worked at Kresge's Dime Store in Flint, then as the Tool Department, Manager at Farm and Fleet in Belvidere, Illinois, and finally as a cashier at the Alcoa, Tennessee Kroger until her retirement. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who loved and cherished her family. She had a knack for finding joy in the simplest and most beautiful things in life: babies, children, pets, good food, music, card games, flowers, and gardening. She leaves behind her husband of over 56 years, Kenneth Andrew Headrick, her daughters Tina (Jason) Christopher, and Lisa Headrick, four grandchildren: Katerina, Sierra, Johnathan, and Jenna, one great-grandchild: Peyton, as well as two brothers: John Erhart and Steve Erhart, special friends, Craig & Gloria Totz. She is preceded in death by her parents, four sisters: Elsie Erhart, Judy Erhart, Shirley Erhart, and Nancy (Erhart) Charbeneau, and two brothers: Donald Erhart Jr, and Roy Erhart. In keeping with her wishes, no formal services will be held. The immediate family will gather to celebrate her life at the family home. Those who wish to honor her memory may make contributions to the Alzheimer's organization of their choice.
