May this candle continue to light your way as a reminder that you were never alone or "unforgiven" and was truly loved by many. My wish for you will continue that you found comfort in our saviors arms and can finally rest peacefully with no pain or sorrow. Your smile was contagious with a gentle giving soul that will remain with your beautiful children and grandchildren for a lifetime. You will be greatly miss by many!! Your journey here is over but your legacy and memories will remain a lifetime in those that truly knew the real "Jeffy". May you finally be able to rip. Xo

I am so very sorry for your loss. I have wonderful memories of Jeffy he was like a son to me and brother to my son Joseph.. what one didn't think of to get into the other did. Please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers..He will be sadly missed
