Paul was born on August 15, 1941 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Herbert J. and Eloise (Baker) Geiger. He passed away on Monday, April 2, 2018 at Pickering House Hospice in Lancaster.

Paul was a 1962 graduate of Pleasantville High School where he participated in 4H and FFA. He was a seventh generation Geiger farming in Walnut Township and raising Angus cattle. Paul retired in 2003 after 37 years as a bus driver for the Millersport Lakers. He was a former volunteer 4H advisor for decades and former volunteer EMT/Firefighter for the Millersport Fire Department.

He is survived by his son, Guy (Lisa) Geiger; grandson, Gavin Geiger; brother, Steve (Lynne) Geiger; cousins; and his dog, Buddy.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his caregiver, Chris Rardain.

Paul was very proud of his grandson's membership in FFA. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Liberty Union FFA, 500 West Washington Street, Baltimore, OH 43105 or the Millersport-Walnut Township Fire Department, 12200 Lancaster Street, Millersport, OH 43046.

Prayers for Gavin, Guy and Lisa.

Paul was always good to me and the kids. I enjoyed working with him at the fire department and visiting with him whenever we crossed paths.

When I think about Paul, I think of someone who always had a good dog, a good perspective and a good intent.

God Bless...
