Alan had the best sense of humor I have ever known...the kind of humor that sneaks up on you but makes you laugh for years. He was humble and kind and not pretentious. I will miss him very much!
Love you, Pop...

My father was a great man. He was smart and funny and knew a lot about a lot. He treated people he met with respect, regardless of their position in the world. He loved hearing other people's stories. He enjoyed watching CNN, learning about what was going on in politics and the world around him. He had many successes in his life and touched many people. As his daughter and caretaker, he will be greatly missed. I love you Dad and I hope that your soul is at peace. You will always walk with me wherever I go, as I have carved out a spot for you in my heart.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions with regards to my father.
