I worked for American Airlines as an Employee Relations representative in Dallas/Ft. Worth between 1989 - 1994. Dr. Sinicropi was our arbitrator on cases between the Association of Professional Flight Attendants and American Airlines. I was young, enthusiastic, and he often chuckled at my tendency to overkill my cases. I was so impressed with his ability to cut through the b.s. and drama. He could define the issue in one sentence and clear the waters with one question in the middle of an arbitration. To this day I still have the book he wrote that he signed for me, "Evidence in Arbitration", inside which he wrote the following dedication: "To Cindy - a worthy advocate with great future. It's my pleasure to work with you. Tony Sinicropi." He was one of a kind who skills I respected and admired. He contributed greatly to the professional world, I have thought of him often in the past 20 years, and I am sad to know he has passed. My condolences to Mrs. Sinicropi and undoubtedly the wonderful family he left behind. With deepest sympathy, even after all these years. . . . .

Tony was my boss for 15 years but he also was a genuine friend and a humanitarian. It was a privilege to know him. May he rest in peace.
