Timothy and Diane - thank you for sharing your memories and leaving notes in Chris´ memory. Means so much. We finally had a chance to celebrate his life on 10/26/21 at the Cathedral in LA and the Rose Bowl. Here´s a link to the archive from that beautiful day.

I'm so sad to hear this. I worked with Chris at the Fullerton News Tribune. Being a well known sports reporter was a dream back then but I knew he would do it. Was so happy for his success through the years. My thoughts and prayers to his family.

Wow, I must have missed Chris' passing a year ago. I am so sorry to hear of it. He was one of the very best Times' sportswriters and I enjoyed especially his college football coverage. You could always trust Chris' reporting and his opinions on the games. My condolences to all of his family.
