Edwin is survived by his spouse, Young Hofstra; children Robin, Jodi, Donna, Carmen, and Alysia; grandchildren Matthew, Melissa, Spencer, Liam, Brandon, Jaden, Chloe, and Charlotte.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 17 at 11:00 AM at Groman Eden Mortuary at 11500 Sepulveda Blvd, Mission Hills, CA 91345.

I met Eddie back in the mid 1980s when I was a law clerk at an office in downtown Los Angeles where Eddie shared space. I had many conversations with him about life snd the law. He was a character as were many at that office. Most are gone now. Eddie was and a devoted lawyer to his clients´ causes.

I just learned of his passing this morning in court on the Pacheco case in Hemet. Eddie was one heck of a lawyer and a swell guy.
