Born in Lanai, HI. Longtime resident of Gardena, CA. The original owner of Frank's Carburetors until 1982, spending many enjoyable years fishing and golfing in his retirement. Frank is survived by his wife Ellen; daughters Fay Hara (Robin), Joy Higbee, Debbie Funada (Brett Shuler); grandchildren Chris Higbee, Jill and Allison Hara; and many loving siblings, in-laws, nieces, and nephews. Memorial services will be 11am Sat. Feb. 11, 2012 at Green Hills Mortuary Chapel. 27501 S. Western Ave. Rancho Palos Verdes. Please sign the guestbook at www.greenhillsmortuary.com
