Grace Jacobian Obituary
November 9, 1905-April 23, 2003 Mrs. Jacobian was born in Monessen, Pennsylvania, grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana and moved to Los Angeles when a young woman. In 1930 she married Stephen Jacobian and worked with him in the printing business. She was an accomplished seamstress and made elaborate costumes for dancers. In her later years she became blind and attended classes at the Braille Institute where she made beautiful ceramics. She was preceded in death by her husband and also her three sisters, Ephronia Deukmejian, Karoun Tootikian, Lavalette Tootikian and a brother Levon Tootikian. She was 97 years old and is survived by three nieces and two nephews. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Glendale. No services are planned.
