Irvin Lai Obituary
Age 83, passed away on July 16, 2010. Beloved husband of Jessie (pre-deceased); father to Corinne Gill, Irene (Benkin) Jong, Arlene (Dennis) Lowe, Kathleen (Matthew) Lih, Pauline (Kenny) Yau, and Lawrence (Queena) Lai; brother to Collin (Susan) Lai and Mildred (Danyo) Wong; brother in law to Mabel Lee; survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 28 at 7p.m., at Forest Lawn, 1712 S. Glendale Ave., Glendale, CA. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 29 at 11a.m. at Alhambra True Light Presbyterian Church, 20 W. Commonwealth Ave., Alhambra, CA. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Irvin R. Lai may be made to Alhambra True Light Presbyterian Church www.atlpc.org, Chinese American Citizens Alliance www.cacala.org, or Chinese Historical Society, Los Angeles www.chssc.org.
