Isabel Baggett Obituary

Isabel Theresa (Layana) Baggett, 91, of Culver City, California died April 23, 2014 after a long illness. Isabel is survived by her husband Neal. She had 4 beloved sisters who predeceased her: Ramona, Juanita, Gabriela and Felisa. Isabel was born in West Los Angeles on February 4, 1923, attended Hamilton High School, was married to Neal in 1946, and had been a resident of Culver City for over 60 years. She loved her large extended family, her gardening and was a long time member of Saint Augustine's Catholic Church. Funeral services will be held in the Chapel at Holy Cross Cemetery in Culver City on Friday, May 2 at 1:00 pm. There will also be a viewing on Thursday evening May 1, from 5 to 8 pm. Relatives and friends are welcome.
