As a young Filipino American born in the fifties i went to a lot of cowboy movies.
In Seattle i searched for faces that looked like me on television and the silver screen, it was so to speak slim Pickens.
Seeing a Filipino American on the movie theater screen, like Larry Duran was pleasure and a dream.
