Lisa A. Engelbrecht

August 28, 1955 - November 10, 2014 Surrounded by the love of her family and kitties, Lisa Engelbrecht-beloved mom, sister, friend, activist, calligrapher and teacher-passed from this world and onto the next adventure on November 10, 2014 in her beloved Long Beach, California. She will be missed by family, friends, students, and all others that she met in her travels. As an artist and teacher, she lit up the world with her creativity, risk-tasking, and Letterista Style. As a peace maker, she inspired people with her dedication and kindness. As a friend, she put everyone else's needs before her own. As a mother, her generosity and patience were unbounded. We will host a celebration of Lisa's life, art, and adventures on February 1, 2015. Please contact 04ke@williams.edu for information.
