Mary Limebrook Obituary
December 6, 1921 - January 4, 2013
Mary Emerson Limebrook, a long-time resident of Beach Road, in Capistrano Beach, California passed away on January 4 at the age of 91. Mary was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Joseph George Emerson and Mary Theresa Droste. Mary attended Mount Saint Mary's College in Los Angeles, CA where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, graduating in 1943 and a masters of arts degree in English at Catholic University in Washington, DC in 1944. In 1946 she married Lt. William H. (Bill) Limebrook, USN, and in 1955 they moved to south Orange County. Mary leaves behind six children, including Mary Frances, David, Jonathan, William, Hugh and Phoebe; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Vigil will be held Friday, January 11, 2013 at Lesneski Family Mortuary at 640 S. El Camino Real, San Clemente, CA from 12 PM to 8 PM. Rosary recital will be at 7 PM to be followed by remembrances of Mary's life. Funeral mass will be held at 9:30 AM on Saturday, January 12, at San Felipe de Jesus Catholic Church, 26010 Domingo Avenue, Capistrano Beach. Interment will be next to her beloved husband Bill at Ascension Cemetery, 24754 Trabuco Rd., Lake Forest following the service.
