Michael Llach Obituary

March 30, 1956 - February 1, 2022 Our hearts are heavy as we remember Michael Llach who was taken from us too early in a tragic car accident on February 1, 2022. Michael was a beloved husband; married to Diane Rostant for 27 yrs, and was a devoted stepfather to Ethan and Ryan Lieber. The shock of losing our cherished Michael has eased, but our grief and sorrow remain. We hold his memory in our hearts daily.
Michael grew up and lived his life in the San Fernando Valley. He received his B of A in Theatre and MFA in counseling from CSUN. His early career was spent working in TV production and at the Emmys. His second career was as a psychotherapist, practicing at Kaiser Permanente for the last 20 yrs. Michael touched countless lives with his compassion and respect for every individual's story and struggle.
Michael will be remembered for his creative, loving spirit and his sharp wit. He lived his life fully and with joy. Michael, we carry your love and light forever in our hearts.

Diane, we are devastated by this news. I had sent Michael an email and a photo fairly recently, and was surprised I hadn't heard back from him. He was a wonderful man with a beautiful, gentle, funny, kind side that I appreciated daily when we worked together at ATAS. I am so sorry for your loss. We so enjoyed meeting you when the two of you came to Mt Shasta to visit us. It seems like yesterday.
