Oh I am so sorry for the loss of one of the sweetest, kindest, happiest people I can remember in my childhood. My mom and dad LOVED it when Uncle Markie and Norma Jo would come and visit the craziness of the Bauer house! They were so brave....and so warm and fun! Please know I am there in spirit and all my prayers to help find peace without Norma Jo. We all know that beautiful being is in heaven. Love to all, Teri Bauer Sabers 11700 Palo Duro Road Redding,Ca96003.

We were privileged to know Norma and Mark through our ballroom dance club, La Estrella, where they served as Presidents a few years ago. The confidence she had in me to help guide our beloved club back to prosperity meant so much to me when I started my own term. She was always a bright light and all of us are stunned and saddened that she is gone.

A fine tribute to a grand lady. Norma lived the full circle way, but often gave more that she received.

Regret Susan and I cannot attend the celebration of her life.

My condolences to Mark and the family. Norma was truly a renaissance woman, who advocated and worked for the advancement of society through education and mentoring. She was always a teacher and a learner, willing to embrace us all in the experience. Camarillo and Ventura County have lost a true friend. My prayers go out.

I met Norma and Mark in the park with our dogs nearly 10 years ago. Over time, our paths continued to cross and I learned what a remarkable woman and role model she was. I knew her best through AAUW, where she will be greatly missed. I aspire to make a fraction of the impact Norma did. My sympathies to Mark and all her family and friends.
