Ola West Obituary
Ola was a proud alumna of Clemons Elementary in Texas, Jordan High, and the University of Redlands in California. Her commitment to education was paralleled by her love for reading, a hobby that provided her immense joy throughout her life.
Ola was a cherished member of both Grace United Methodist Church and Crenshaw United Methodist Church, where she was involved in various community activities.
She leaves behind a loving family including her daughters Gay West Brown, Joy West, and Joli West, as well as her grandchildren Loren Tejeda, Torrance Johnson Jr., Abrielle Johnson, and Orrlando Johnson. Ola was preceded in death by her husband, James D. West, her sister Opal Johnson, and her parents Amanda and Parish Daniels.
Ola's life was marked by her unwavering dedication to her family, her career, and her community, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
