Richard Wulliger Obituary

Richard Charles Wulliger, beloved husband of Marilyn Kudell Wulliger. Predeceased by parents Jack and Carrie Wulliger, survived by cousin Jeff Ackerman and many other cousins, nephews and nieces. A graduate of University High School; UCLA, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa; UCLA Law School where he earned his JD. Lawyer, Administrative Law Judge/Arbitrator and formerly US Army Judge Advocate General. Trustee of California Historical Society, President of Opera Associates of the Music Center, Los Angeles County Regional Planning Commissioner, Los Angeles Civil Service Commissioner, member of Equestrian Commission 1984 Olympics, member of Board of Los Angeles Opera, judge pro tem Los Angeles Superior Court. Member of Los Angeles Police Department Board of Rights. Active in Pacific Palisades Democratic Club, Historical Society, Community Council, and UCLA Alumni Association. Memorial service to be announced. Suggested contributions to American Civil Liberties Union.
