Ruth was my first supervisor at the VA. I learned so much from her!!!
She always stood by her staff.
She was always ready to have a good time when not at work.
I will miss her.

Sincere sympathy to all the Murphy Family. We are very sorry to hear of Ruth's death. She had come to visit us here in Ireland on many occasions and we always enjoyed her company immensely. Unfortunately we will not be able to join you on the 18th January, 2020 at Ruth's Mass. We arranged to have a Mass here for the repose of her soul and this was held yesterday (Saturday 11th January, 2020) at the Divine Word Missionaries in Donamon, Co. Sincere sympathy to all of Ruth's family,we met Ruth on a few occasions and enjoyed sharing information on her search for her Burke ancestors. Delighted to have shared some time with her in Cornageeha,Brideswell, Co Roscommon in 2019. May she Rest in Peace. William & Carmel Gacquin Ireland.
