Mann, Ryoko Nakayama passed away peacefully on Monday July 13, 2015 in Laguna Beach, CA at age 78. Born in Hiroshima, Japan in 1937 where she received her university degree in Arts. In 1959 she met her husband Dr. Jack Mann who served in the US Navy while being stationed overseas in Japan. In 1960, Ryoko and Jack moved to Chicago, IL to advance his education as an orthodontist. In 1967, Ryoko and her husband moved out to Southern California to start his dental practice in Tustin, CA Ryoko flourished in many areas including holding a license in interior design, an art teacher, painter, played both the piano and violin. Ryoko was a devoted wife and mother to her children. Ryoko is survived by her sons Jack and his wife Gina, Alex and his wife Elena, daughter Renée, and grandchildren Blake, Peter, Chloe, Nolan, Fiona, Charlotte, Kendall, Taylor, Conner and Tara. She was preceded in death by her son Steve and husband Jack. A memorial service will be held at Pacific View Mortuary 3500 Pacific View Dr. Corona Del Mar, CA 92625 on Sunday July 19, 2015 at 11am.
