Stacy Carino Obituary

December 6, 1995 - September 19, 1997 In Loving Memory Stacy Lynn Carino 12/06/95-09/19/97 Stacy, not a day passes by that we don't think about You or talk about You. Mommy and I embrace the pain of losing You because it means that You are alive in our memories. You will be 26 this year, but it is hard for us to imagine You at this age. We can only picture the little girl with the pot belly and cute bowl haircut. So many things still conjure memories of You. The sun in the early morning reminds me of You waving bye to me from the sliding door as I leave for work. The can of chili mac in the grocery store reminds me of how messy Your face got when You ate it. We still have Your hot pocket in the freezer that you never ate from 24 years ago. Mommy and I will spend all day at the cemetery on Sept 19 reflecting on how You made us better people and parents, and of course how we will always love You. Stacy, I remember how You loved eating Dodger dogs when we went to watch a Dodger game. You loved watching Toy Story and could recite the lines, Land Before Time was another favorite of Yours and that was why we named Your little sister, Cera, after your favorite dinosaur, Cera who was from the Triceratops species. You loved Barney and would sing all the songs. Winnie the Pooh and his friends was another show that was near and dear to You. Daddy always would comment on Your "Pooh" belly because You would rub it just like Pooh bear when he was hungry. You were such a little girl but Your feet were huge and we would laugh and say that You had clown shoes on. You loved all of God's creatures and whenever we went to check the mailbox, You would walk around all the ants on the ground. Our heart still aches from the loss of You and all the hopes and dreams we had for You. We will see You again in God's Kingdom and can't wait to hold You in our arms again. We love you Pooh Girl. The day You left us changed our lives forever. Writing this makes my throat tighten and the tears are rolling down my face. Truly, the pain of losing You has never gone away. Love, Daddy, Mommy, Christian, Luke, Gabriel, and Cera
