Stanley Butler Obituary
Born in Brooklyn, NY, in 1926. He practiced medicine in Long Beach, California, and made house calls through the early 90's. He was the quintessential family doctor and surgeon. He cared, he loved and was loved by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Jessie; four daughters, Ellen (David) Ruimy, Sara (Dr. Stuart) Gold, Carla (Brian) Hoffman and Heidi (Mark) Hardy, 13 grandchildren, and numerous relatives, friends and fans! We miss you, Slick! Services at Hillside Memorial Park on Sunday, March 12th at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Alpert JCC Long Beach or Cancer Research.

Thank you Dr. Stanley Butler, You where my family Doctor when I was a child. I just this moment found out about your passing. To your family please accept my Condolences. I wish I would have had a chance to say thank you for the many times you helped me when I was sick. You saved my life twice, once I was bite by a Black widow spider, came within an hour of dying.
