Wing Dea Obituary
Beloved father and grandfather, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family in Montebello, CA. As a US WWII veteran, he served with the US Army 3rd Infantry Division assigned to the European Theater. Wing worked in the LA Produce industry for over 40 years and was a member of the Teamsters Local 630. He was an active member of the Fung Lun Temple and President in 1986. Wing was married for 51 years to Eva Seto Dea, who passed away in 1999.
Wing is survived by his children, Debbie (Raymond Asato), Michele, Edmond (Sharon), and Freemont; and his grandchildren, Deanna, Ryan and Ronald Asato, Christopher and Katie Dea, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be Friday, September 4, at 6:00 p.m.; funeral services will be Saturday, September 5, 10:00 a.m. at Wah Wing Sang Funeral Home, 611 W. Cesar E. Chavez Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his name to USC Norris Auxiliary, 1441 Eastlake Avenue, Room 8302K, Los Angeles, CA 90089-9181.
