Greg Smithwick

Greg Yancy Smithwick, 43, of Silver City, New Mexico, passed away Friday, Jan. 16, 2015, at his residence. He was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico. A memorial service will be held at the First Baptist Church, 905 N. Gold St., Silver City, on Feb. 1, 2015 at 11 a.m. Inurnment will be held at a later date. Greg left behind his mother, Sharon Ambrose, of Silver City; one son, Tanner Smithwick of Wichita,Kansas; his paternal grandmother Leota Hadley of El Reno, Oklahoma; and his companion of four years, Lourdes Garcia.
