"El Guapo", age 37
Born August 23, 1979 in Las Cruces, NM. Isaac resided in South Lake Tahoe, CA, where he passed on July 18, 2018.
He is survived by his beautiful wife of 8 years, Zully Ana; his mother Irene Enriquez, his father Eliodoro Valdez, Jr. (Linda) of Lubbock; his oldest son, Ian Cuellar of Hobbs, NM; Angelica (Monkey) Valdez, Isaac Valdez, Ivan Valdez; his step-children, Asir, Maite (Minnie) Fernandez, all of Lake Tahoe; a sister, Sylvia Valdez; a brother, Ismael Valdez of Las Cruces, NM; nieces, Jewel Johnson, Rubi Rodriguez of Las Cruces, Isaiah and Ismael Valdez (Buddy) of Amarillo, TX; several aunts & uncles he adored; several cousins he dearly loved' and his paternal grandmother Rafaela Valdez of Las Cruces, NM.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Gonzalo & Mary Enriquez; uncle "Big Man" Manuel Enriquez; his niño Tommy Enriquez; and his paternal grandfather Eliodoro Valdez, Sr.
Isaac was the #1 Philadelphia Eagles fan, as he had the opportunity to see them win the Superbowl.
He loved camping, swimming, boating, and especially rock jumping - which is the reason that kept him in Lake Tahoe.
There will be a Memorial Service on August 23 in Lake Tahoe, where his ashes will be spread.
A second memorial will be held Satuday, July 28, in Las Cruces at 2 p.m. at San Albino Basilica Church in Mesilla.
