Vince & Perea Family;
Shocking to hear of Ramons passing. I can honestly say that he was dedicated to his family and his job, the best in the region. If he couldn't help you he would tell you who could. La Mesa has lost a "Legend" but "Memories" will be cherished by many like myself and my family. Family gatherings at the La Mesa home, vists to our home in Camarillo, trips to Las Vegas, baseball games @ Dodger Stadium, trips to the beach, so much fun and laughter. Vince may you find peace in your heart knowing that your "Pops" is now with your mom, the love of his life, La Marge!

I SEND MY CONDOLENCES AND PRAYERS TO BULICO'S FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
BULICO WAS ONE OF THE VERY FEW OF MY MAIN MENTORS AND INSPIRATIONAL MOTIVATORS THAT INFLUENCED ME TO START IN THE OPERATION AND REPAIR OF THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY. AT MY YOUNG AGE OF 14, HE ALLOWED ME TO WORK FOR HIM IN THAT SMALL SHOP THAT HE AND HIS FATHER (DON RAMON) SHARED. HIS KNOWLEDGE AND UNSELFISHNESS TAUGHT ME MUCH MORE THAN AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR, BUT ALSO SHOWED, BY EXAMPLE, HOW TO BE AN HONEST, RESPECTFUL AND A SELF MOTIVATED PERSON IN ALL ASPECTS OF LIFE.
HIS STYLE OF JOKING AND BRINGING A SMILE TO PEOPLE WAS JUST ANOTHER OF BULICO'S BLESSINGS.
MAY GOD BLESS HIM AND HIS LOVED ONES AND MAY HE REST IN PEACE.

SINCERELY,
JAVIER MEDINA

Neto, Felix, I know that you will miss your brother. Let me assure you that I will miss him also! I did not get to visit with him a lot, however when I came into La Mesa my first stop was always at the shop to greet him and give him an old fashioned abrazo! He was always a good friend when we were growing up, and always remained a good friend in our adult life.
He was always the most caring and loving individual I ever had the pleasure of knowing. Rest assured I will remember him till the day I am called home to join my dad and mom.
with love and respect, to you and your families.
Vincent, remember your Dad was a very good man.I wish I could join you in the services. I will pray for him.

Vince-

Your dad was a wonderful man with the best sense of humor. Although I only met him a few times, I will always remember how funny and nice he was. He leaves behind many stories, jokes, and a son who shares these same wonderful qualities. May you and your family find comfort in these things. God Bless you during this sad time.
